I would like to say a big thank you to Sade.
Sade is an amazing teacher who understands the different learning skills of her students. Before I joined Sade’s training, I had done project management training with another organisation but did not progress to securing a job as a project manager because I didn't have an understanding of the process and procedures.

Sade took the time to explain every process of project management in a working environment, not just Theory. She was also very good at encouraging me to ensure that I pull my transferable skills from my previous managerial role into the course that I am being taught. This gave me a clear vision of what is required of me as a project manager and encouraged me to own my skills.
Even when I was getting positive responses back from interviews, bearing in mind most of it had gotten to the stage of the 3rd interview. I was getting depressed and losing hope that I would never be able to secure a job as a project manager but Sade was always there to say don't give up now, “You have come this far and you have to keep going on till you secure the job as a project manager”.
